Pinewoods Commons Area, Inc. oversees shared areas and interests that serve the entire Pinewoods community, such as the entryway, landscaping and shared amenities. The Commons has no individual homeowners; it invoices the individual associations for shared costs.
The Commons and each association are separate governing entities with their own boards, records and responsibilities.
