How Pinewoods Is Governed
- Pinewoods Commons Area, Inc. and the individual associations are separate governing entities.
- Some Commons board members may also serve on individual association boards, but not all do.
- Each association maintains its own records, finances, decisions and legal responsibilities.
- The Commons manages community-wide shared interests and invoices the individual associations.
The Purpose of MyPinewoods
MyPinewoods provides a shared platform while preserving separate, secure portals for each association, so homeowners and boards can find documents, notices, meetings and forms in one convenient place.
